It's much more serious for labour who will have around 40 less seats, couple that with the general belief that Ed is not PM material, and I can't see Labour being the largest party after the election. PS I have brought my Nigel F avatar out of retirement because of the disgusting treatment that the Anti British gave Mr Farage and his family at lunch the other day.

/// The rise of the SNP is hardly good news for the Tories either, is it AOG ? ///
I fail to see that mikey, since Labour will finish up with just about the same Scottish seats, apart from the fact that unlike Milliband Cameron has not ruled out a coalition with the SNP.
*** On Curtice’s alternative projection, which takes into account the SNP’s disproportionate surge in Labour’s heartlands, the SNP would snatch 53 of Scotland’s 59 seats. ***
*** The three other parties would split the remaining six equally – with two seats apiece. The extraordinary implication is that Scottish Labour would be left with no more representation than the Scottish Tories, who have been semi-extinct at Westminster since 1997. ***
