One of my friends told me that it is legal to wee against the back wheel of a parked car against a curb - in a strange old law loophole

This one comes with built in slurring as one advises another that he can relieve himself against the rear wheel of a car with impunity. Think about it - urinating in a public place is an arrestable offence - is it really likely that aiming at a specific part of a parked vehicle will be tolerated when another area will not!!! No doubt the originator laughd loud and long as his comrade protested to the arresting officer that his action was 'legal' and he spent the rest of the night 'helping the police with their enquiries', and the story passed on into urban myth. And that's what it is - an urban myth.

This is dependent on the positioning of the car. If the car is on private land and aforementioned land has a curb, then "weeing" is perfectly acceptable. If the car is parked next to a curb and the curb is, maybe, on Oxford Street and person "wees" on back wheel, then this will be construed as being a "pervert" and person will....most likely....be arrested as most people don't like people "weeing" in public....although doing it in Deptford isn't that bad as that part of London is a bit of a toilet!
Did I tell you that? Or maybe we know the same people? I posted the exact same question ages ago (now I'm not too hot on this web stuff but reckon the link is http://www.theanswerbank.co.uk/DisplayAnswers.go?question_id=10563&category_id=18&index=0
How odd? I have since also been told that while strictly not illegal you would probably still get done for indecent exposure or numerous other laws, its not recommended!
