It appears that this woman does not what the father to have any contact with their child whatsoever, and regardless of any previous court decisions has deemed it necessary to take this action, which can only be damaging for the child she admits is her major concern.

Must be something really serious and something that will affect the child's mental or physical health. Fathers are rarely given Custody. The sympathies I have are for the child, and for the Father who was denied any access to the child regardless of Court Orders. She has brought this on herself and does not deserve any sympathy. Not all mothers are Angels
