I'm unsure what precisely you think should be done about it. Is it the hiding of identity you are concerned about ? The photo does look a bit scary to traditional British eyes. But nothing seems to be illegal or easily identified as something that should be.

Mock all you like, this is a very serious problem. You may be too old for it to ever affect you but there are others in this country that would like to continue to enjoy the freedoms you have had, and may well have fought for.

Because the UK is soft!!! I have lived in various countries and even the the EU countries we have to conform to their rules and culture. I was once told that if I didn't like it, go back to the UK! This is ..... not England! There is no claiming of benefits, you have to have paid into their system for x number of years. You don't get free hospital treatment unless over 65. There is no social housing for foreigners.
No wonder people want to come to the UK - they think it is the proverbial paradise.
