You are either black or you are not. Her parents have said that she is most definitely white, so why is she still continuing to say she is black ?

the correct course of action ( yeah yeah I know this isnt a law thread ) is to claim the money back in an "action on account" - which Linford Christie found - whenhe sued the bank robber for libel ( McVicar ) - or Tommy Sheridan in the wife swapping case ( libel led to perjury charges )
and you have to bear the costs of the first action as well
