How people can get upset at this is beyond me. It is neither a lovely thought nor touching, merely a example of what can be done with photographs on the internet. There must be thousands of examples where this has been done to comic effect. Replace Diana with Queen Victoria and people would be howling with laughter.

Spooky and really not in good taste. It reminds of photos from the Victorian Era in which dead children, "suitably dressed and made-up", were posed in family portraits before they were buried. I realize that that's not the same as "Photoshopping", but that's what that picture reminded of.

Yeah stoo I wondered about the photos of the dead ...
but they had a social function at the time that we have forgotten

it is touching in that she isnt looking at herself and wondering about her image and how it is shaping up nor is she looking at a Dodi.

touching it is - and shows she had a heart after all - OK a bit of a heart and not all stone
