/// Actually we can’t do what we like with this country. We inherited it from our parents and grandparents and we have a duty to hand it on to our children and grandchildren, preferably improved and certainly undamaged. ///
/// Every one of the posturing notables simpering ‘refugees welcome’ should be asked if he or she will take a refugee family into his or her home for an indefinite period, and pay for their food, medical treatment and education. ///
/// If so, they mean it. If not, they are merely demanding that others pay and make room so that they can experience a self-righteous glow. No doubt the same people are also sentimental enthusiasts for the ‘living wage’, and ‘social housing’, when in fact open borders are steadily pushing wages down and housing costs

"There are loads of gay advocacy groups and charities that are part or wholly government funded."
Are there any other advocacy groups that you can think of?
And specifically, which gay advocacy groups can you name that are wholly funded by the government?
I may be wrong, but I think the number might be zero.

Certainly damaged more like. As the population swells and the damage wrought by multiculturalism, the strain on all services etc will ensure that the state of this country will be passed on to our children as a Britain without the Great attached.

Oh dear poor things,
If the LGBT are griping about austerity cuts to finance their affairs perhaps they should all up stumps and go to Syria. We are sending £1billion to help them. Oh hang on what was that db mentioned about bungy jumps without a rope ? Grass is not always greener on the other side so best shut up about cuts of taxpayers handouts to minority groups
Frances O'Grady, the general secretary of the TUC, says: "Some LGBT service providers now say they're barely staying alive. We are on the brink of a crisis with the financial reserves of many services running down and government plans for further rounds of austerity in danger of pushing LGBT service providers over the edge."

Exactly. Our parents and Grand parents fought to keep this country Great.
We owe it to them, our children and grandchildren to fight if necessary to stop it
sinking into a the quagmire of a Middle East s***thole where aliens dictate conditions, terms and their laws upon us. Shame our Island is so small. We can't escape what our government is going to shove on us. How I envy, sometimes, the Canadians.
Already we have migrants creating major disorder in Germany and they have only just arrived there.!!!

"So why should any of our "austerity" pounds be spent particularly on their behalf."
Because that group of people pay taxes, and therefore are entitled to see a return on those taxes like any other group.
And like any other group, they will see a fall in Government subsidies and like every other group, they will fight to keep as much as they can.
Logical really, isn't it?
