Yes, OK, we all knew it anyway. It became very obvious after the 'Charlie' massacre when 'moderate' Islam failed to make any impression and Islamic newsagents (for example) refused to stock or order copies. I was devastated to realise that those I had counted as approachable and reasonable could not go against their early teachings.

I knew so many 'lovely' Muslims in my life; taught so many good kids - now I don't trust any single one of them.
