Fleeing for their lives or a shopping jolly? Do they think the swedes will starve them?. I am sure they will definitely get to see a doctor. Probably settled in an isolated area first so they can be checked out for communicable diseases. Can't fault the swedes for thinking that. Who knows what extra baggage they brought with them??.
They didn't worry about a doctor for their kids in a leaky boat in the Med.!!
