Is There Still Fire In Labours Belly?
11 Answers
It would see there is. Hillary Benns speech was excellent (and I am ignoring the message here) Clearly here is a man that is an excellent orator and would be a formidable opponent in the house to Dave.
Just look at Corbyns glare, and why didnt he make space for him to sit down?

Hilary Benn's speech, by any yardstick, was outstanding. But it also stood out because of the paucity of anything remotely ressembling oratory up until then.
Lots of heartfelt speeches on both sides with lots of good arguments.
But very little fire in anyone's belly.
And the member for Enfield Southgate must have taken a course in how to speak in such a way as still to be speaking English, and yet be almost impossible to follow :-)
