'125000 have signed the petition' means only that, but in a population of 60 million a yes or no question might give a better picture.
Excluding him would be a pyrrhic victory for the signatories, as I think a huge groundswell of support would ensue.
He cheers me up whenever I see him (and also, he is from Manchester)

In this corporate world we live in it's refreshing to hear someone who hasn't got one eye on advertising revenue.
I believe the gypsy community all hold similar views on homosexuality, rather like the Muslim community. (except they don't murder them)
Did many people sign the petition against Mo Farah?

Living in the North West we have been subject to far more Tyson Fury on our local news than the rest of you lucky people......so we have had a lot longer to feel embarrassed by his antics and sound-bites.
He's an ill-educated gonk who, given his background, was only ever going to be a success through knocking lumps off someone else or lifting heavy things. His 'religious' views aren't much of a surprise, either, although given that his father (John Fury) has had such a chequered past, he might be advised to read other parts of the Bible and see how they ought to apply to his family....
If he's on the SPotY short-list, he should stay on it regardless of what he has said.
Hopefully, the loudest condemnation will be illustrated by the dearth of votes he receives.

No it isn't, svejk, ruddy bullmerde from you. I was sent this by e-mail and decided to put it on here, being on the fence on this one.....Fury's comments about women being particularly noxious, the question though is it about sports or the personality....maybe ummmm is right that the word 'personality' should be withdrawn by the Beeb.
the tyax avoidance issue is a good one as to Lewis and, though I am not accusing him or any of the others of anything illegal, I bet Andy M and the rest are slick in their accountancy to minimise tax exposure......

Jeremy Corbyn's your man. As for Fury, he's been nominated for a ballot and people should be free to vote for him. My own vote would be cast according to B00's advice since she's also lived in the same area and doesn't approve of him; if jackthehat agrees with her, the matter is settled.
