Because I believe it will be detrimental to business. Think of it as being on a computer system with one company (the EU) and then having to unplug millions of connections and re-plug them into a different system (brexit) but still expecting the old system to accept us. I also think the anti immigration arguments are at best, unproven theories.
do you really think business is bothered with politics?
That's possibly the most naive statement I've ever seen you make Tora.
At least the bigwig Tory Brexitters have a semi-charismatic spokesperson:
Gove, Grayling, IDS, the ineffectual Villiers ... not exactly a line up you'd hand pick
zacs wrote "That's possibly the most naive statement I've ever seen you make Tora."

would you like to expound on that statement or are you just getting a dig in at Tora?
spurs out of the cup .bad Sunday
Have I got news for you boris your decision is way down the list
Retro, if you need my comment expanding then I'm seriously worried for you but just to slightly clarify.....if you think politics can be divorced from business you're eithe a commie or seriously delusional.
zacs you are on form today aren't you -even upsetting the 'whats your favourite bedtime drink' thread

and you think I've got problems lol!
ZM: "That's possibly the most naive statement I've ever seen you make Tora. " - so you actually believe that the world is controlled by people earning £150k a year then? Naivety is yours sunshine"!
Poor dave...all his mates won't play with him any more !
it always amazes me that the anti british will happily sell us down the river to make a point.
Mikey, as opposed to Corbyn whose support among his colleagues is rock solid....
Compared to the Tories, it is rock solid !

I can't tell you how much I am looking forward to seeing George Galloway and Boris sharing the same platform.

Boris has the capability to be a game-changer.
"Compared to the Tories, it is rock solid ! "

best laugh of the day...talk about naive...
// do you really think business is bothered with politics? //

I look forward to your future postings when the CBI weighs into this debate. Unlike the leave rabble of 'characters' , the CBI are highly organised and wealthy.
Tora, I'm not really sure what lint you're making. Are you saying politicians (I assume that's who you mean by the £150k earners) have no influence on business and that leaving the EU will have no impact on British business?

Retro, I can't recall saying you had problems, other than understanding the basics of international commerce.

"Poor dave...all his mates won't play with him any more ! " - this is far more important than party politics mikey, this cuts across all that, I'm sad that you seem incapable of recognising that and as such choose to highlight the strange alliances that emerge. You should be celebrating that such bedfellows can occur in the face of tyranny. Something so horrific as can bring together NF and GG, has got to be something to be seriously looked at, has it not?
what I'm saying ZM, is that zillion dollar business always gets it's own way, QED Google recently, for example.
TTT.............hell will freeze over before I celebrate George Galloway !
