At some point down the line of future history the eussr will try exactly what adolf did and failed...they will try and take us over by military means and assuming there is still an eussr empire and the whole foolish experiment hasnt gone kaputski once the other countries see the folly of their ways ( the small countries love it because of the all the billions they get thanks to countries like us) they will have overwhelming force...you have been warned !

think im wrong ?...look back at history which repeats itself one way or another, just different dates names and places

One can always find parallels from history. Doesn't mean we have to assume an imminent WWIII against Germany. That's extreme and arguably paranoid.
I think the level of insecurity your are exhibiting is based on media-stoked fear rather the rational argument.

If the UK leaves the EU, and then sees itself as less secure in terms of its defensive capability, that can only be a good thing - it may encourage governments to stop poking their collective noses militarily into the affairs of other nations, and mind its own business - Switzerland is a good example to follow.

I disagree.

Various UK governments have caused untold damage around the world with their military invasions, basking in the security of common defence from Europe and the USA.

If an exit from Europe concentrates government minds on the fact that we no longer have an empire, we are not a world power, we are not the world's police force, or its conscience, and we may well get a taste of our own medicine without defence from Europe, then that can only ever be a force for good.

One less country with an inflated opinion of its own global importance and the arrogance to inflict its governmental policies on others must increase the chances of pointless conflicts being seriously reduced.
I need to think about this one. History should not be ignored, but I don't think a direct conflict with Germany is on the cards.

In my (admittedly fertile) imagination,, I can forsee an EU which is so strong that it tries to crush objections by military means.
I see eussr and my eyes glaze over

yeah yeah Baz interesting point that I have never seen presented before .....
