It should be God Save the Queen, even though I don't believe in God, and I'm not too bothered about the monarchy.
I know many people think the anthem is a dirge, but I find it very uplifting if the arrangement is right, and it always makes me cry when we win a gold medal at the Olympics. No one is moved by Jerusalem at the Commonwealth Games. I wish we had an equivalent to Flower of Scotland, which I love.

Being happy with your place of origin and success in physical targets is great but national anthems = the stuff of rabid patriots and warfare IMO. Load of irrational bollux IMO.
