I can see no problem with the banner and I wonder why the police are wasting their time 'advising him.

While I do not agree with the sentiment of the banner, I see no reason why he cannot spend his own money how he likes.

Trying to win the arguement by preventing the opposite expressing their opinion is not really going to work.

I wouldn't want to see any tacky banner out of my window but while I understand the evil the swastika represents the sight of it per se doesn't offend me. He's not pro Nazi though, quite the opposite.
