I think Lord Sugar is one of those people who likes to say he 'believes in plain speaking'.

For the rest of us, that means - I will be as rude and abrasive as I like because I am a self-made billionaire and I get to say and do as I want round where I live.

He is best ignored - taking issue only encourages him.

Oh, and yes, it is an unacceptable thing to say.
