what drugs are you on gromit? There is no choice for anyone they must obey the will of the people.
Boris isn't stupid, he must know that invoking Article 50 will have little effect on the economic situation since most is already occurring after the referendum, and any lack of EU trade agreement would simply be a minor pain, which new trade contracts elsewhere in the world will cover.

He has many options but of the ridiculously unlikely two already mentioned.

1. Not to stand for leader - but that would be cowardly.
2. Or become PM but try to get concessions from the EU for not invoking Article 50, which in itself is also unlikely, cause widespread chaos and rioting, and thus commit political suicide for himself and his party for many a year.

No those options are clearly fantasy land options. I think some will be very embarrassed re-reading their posts of late when we have finally exited the EU officially.
bang on OG.
There is no choice for anyone they must obey the will of the people.

As Enoch Powell pointed out last time, the British sovereignty you've been demanding rests with Parliament, not with advisory referendums. MPs have never been bound to obey the will of the people, otherwise we'd still have capital punishment and homosexuality would still be illegal.
when did we have the referendums on Homosexuality and Capital punishment jno? If you don't want to act on the will of the people don't bl00ming well ask.
Complete and usher tosh? It said Boris and Gove were both finished. Maybe Boris has a longer term plan. Maybe Gove is still in it and will win round the Tory MPs round and beat May.
