I think what you meant to say was that we agree there's no evidence of truth to that claim.

Zacs,
Guardian:
// in a statement on Saturday, the news agency Amaq, which supports Isis, said: “The person who carried out the operation in Nice, France, to run down people was one of the soldiers of Islamic State. He carried out the operation in response to calls to target nationals of states that are part of the coalition fighting Islamic State.” //
They have claimed the killer was responding to their call. But there is as yet no proof of that, and I am not just accepting terrorists propaganda as proof.

This, sadly, was the prediction about two days before the Nice atrocity made by the head of French DGIS( Equivalent to British MI5 security service). Obviously he had some knowledge that DAESH were going to change tactics somehow and was correct about 'lone commandos'.
//He also said he is ‘convinced’ that Islamic State will change its tactics in France, and increase its firepower, which until now has mainly relied on outdated AK-47 rifles and suicide belts.
He said he feared a move towards car bombs and more conventional explosive devices, allowing terrorists to attack without risking their own lives, and that he believed Islamist extremists will look to use booby-trapped cars in the future.
He said: ‘I’m convinced they’ll go to booby-trapped vehicles and bombs, thus upping their power.
‘We know very well they’re going to use this mode of operating.
‘They’re going to end up sending commandos whose mission is to organise terrorist campaigns without necessarily going to the assault with death awaiting them.’//

I can see, as yet, there is no sign of ISIS planning and carrying out this atrocity. He might have been influenced by a misguided and twisted view of Islam but there is no evidence that it went any further than that.
As far as I see it, it was a lone-wolf attack. The so-called Islamic State would own up to the everything, given half the chance.

Funny you should say that, Jourdain. France is now calling on 'patriotic citizens' to join the reserves.
