The Brazilian won! Apparently they booed the Frenchman during his performance, which put the Frenchman off, and possibly losing him gold They then booed the Frenchman on the podium! The Frenchman did nothing wrong!!

I can see why the Brazilians were cross as Lavillenie compared the original booing to the Nazis at the 1936 Olympics, which was a bit OTT. Nonetheless, it was still out of order
