Seeing that they are persistently wrong with their forecasts and most of us can forecast what the weather for that day is going to be like, by just looking at the sky in the morning, plus the fact that we only just need to check our smart phones for the forecast.

It is 'TRUE', you could teach your grandmother if you wanted to, yet I haven't said that would be "CERTAIN TO HAPPEN" so I don't have to provide "PROOF".

Islay yes you are perfectly right it was your mother in law and not your grandmother, my mistake.
