Seeing that they are persistently wrong with their forecasts and most of us can forecast what the weather for that day is going to be like, by just looking at the sky in the morning, plus the fact that we only just need to check our smart phones for the forecast.

No! But I will have a go.

1/ a thing that is accepted as true or as certain to happen, without proof.

2/ the action of taking on power or responsibility.

Islay yes you are perfectly right it was your mother in law and not your grandmother, my mistake.

First you state that she would struggle in classes as English is not her first language, and you later inform me she is stone deaf, so in my opinion her not understanding English, doesn't come into it.

I think you are making it up as you go along.
