That is interesting if not expected, but please explain to us why?

For starters to be racist a person has to believe that a particular race is superior to another, so how can that be aligned with a particular style of doll?

If you are coming from the over exaggerated facial features, then yes rather insulting but never racist, and it is done all the time, just look at some of the over exaggerated portrayals of such persons as Donald Trump and Boris Johnson, all in the name of satire.
