These don't appear to be new accusations but the complainants of the earlier allegations challenging the decision not to prosecute - as is their right.

as part of the changes brought in by Allison Saunders DPP
the 'victim' of allegations can apply for a review not to prosecute
this preview route has been followed here
Allison has said it will take around 28 d - sort of lightning strike speed as far as the Law goes
Unlike AB who just seem to whine about this
I applied under the FOI to the D o J for information on what is the "success" rate in this
the difficulty is that a successful review ( that is they have decided after all to prosecute ) may still be in the pipeline - that is the prosecution is not yet over and the jury back.....
The mandarins at the Dept Justice are not ( mediaeval french grads all of them) equipped to give or express sensible results
and they dont count all sorts of things they should count ( censored data should not be ignored but is ignored ) which means their results are meaningless
some seem to be successful but not nearly as many as they claim ( because they ignore data they should take into account )
I don't know any details of the allegations so can't comment. But in general, the authorities are making a right hash of all these claims, which may be putting innocent people through hoops quite unnecessarily. But how would any of us know?
Wacker....There is evidence that boys were taken from orphanages and institutions, for the entertainment of men. But there is very little hard evidence against Cliff......just the same rumours that have been doing the rounds for over 40 years.
