with the LibDems in 2010. The LibDems, however, did have a choice but decided to sup with the Devil without using a long enough spoon, thus signing their death warrant for a generation or two at leadt.

Even the wartime coalition resulted in a huge Labour landslide victory in 1945, throwing out Churchill, who most believe was a great war-time Leader.
Cameron's victory in 2015 is not wholly but mainly due to him winning in 2010.

My 'balanced view' comment was not about Peter Hitchens.
Not for the first time Mikey, a strong Labour man, has been prepared to make positive comment about a senior Conservative when derision would be the easier course.
It makes a refreshing change from the yah boo politics where everything your side does is perfect and the opposition are always useless idiots.

Hoppy....what I really fail to understand is how much people have taken against Cameron, especially here on AB, so soon after voting for him enthusiastically, so very recently.
I voted to REMAIN but lots of people that are now against him, voted to LEAVE....you would have thought they would be grateful.
