So , assuming he recovers. Steven Woolf is running for leader of UKIP just 48 hours after announcing he was in talks to leave UKIP and join the conservatives ? . Douglas Carswell the only UKIP Westminster MP has also said he is considering an offer to rejoin the conservatives. Will there actually be a UKIP by next year ? ( after all he was a Tory MP for 20 years)
