Interim leader Nigel Farage has said in a statement Mr Woolfe had "subsequently collapsed" and his "condition is serious".

Sky News just said a suspected Brain Haemorrhage
Did you not read your own link? //his "condition is serious".//
I wish him well.
//Sky News just said a suspected Brain Haemorrhage //

Still going to be sarcastic, Mikey?
// Ukip said that Steven Woolfe collapsed outside the European Parliament following a "clear the air" meeting with colleagues this morning.

However party insiders told The Telegraph that Mr Woolfe was punched by a Ukip colleague following an altercation. //

You coyldn't make it up. Utter shambles.
^I thought that when I saw John Prescott punch someone.
Did Prescott thump a colleague?
I thought he hit a kn*bhead who attacked him first.
Prescott retaliated against a protester who slung an egg, then had the cheek to claim it was self defence.

/// its not been a very good week for UKIP has it, and its only Thursday. ///

That hugely hypercritical side of you is showing once again, ref, Brats/Trump etc and now now you are using the announcement of a UKIP member's serious illness to get over your usual anti-UKIP's digs.

they're on Radio 2 atm talking about it.
I don't know if the other fellow was a 'kn*bhead' as you call him, but as far as I'm aware he lobbed an egg at Prescott. Hardly a dignified response from an MP - and in a public place too.
^That was to gromit.
Get well soon Mr Woolfe.
I thought he was very good when he was on QT the other week and he made Emily Thornbury look an idiot on Any Questions a few weeks ago
/// There was speculation today that the punch up may have occurred after a row broke out over Mr Woolfe's open praise for Theresa May over Brexit. Rumours swirled around the party at the weekend that the prominent politician was considering defecting to the Conservatives. ///

Yes please make a swift recovery Steven, along with the very best of Birthday wishes on your 49th Birthday today.
I saw this on Guido Fawkes yesterday...
// Guido understands Steven Woolfe seriously considered defecting to the Tories this weekend, before it emerged Diane James was standing down. Woolfe met with several top Tories over the last few weeks and was close to agreeing to join the party. It is understood that David Davis and Patrick McLoughlin were involved in trying to woo him over. Woolfe admits in a statement:

“I have been enthused by the start to Theresa May’s premiership. Her support of new grammar schools, her words on social mobility and the growing evidence that she is committed to a clean Brexit prompted me, as it did many of my friends and colleagues, to wonder whether our future was within her new Conservative Party.” //

Fortunately, when the vacancy for a new leader came about, he suddenly refound his UKIP principles.

/// Fortunately, when the vacancy for a new leader came about, he suddenly refound his UKIP principles. ///

Perhaps he is visualising a future Tory/UKIP coalition?

That would certainly gain my vote.
Guido Fawkes reporting that it was Mike Hookem (you couldn't make it up!) who hit him and he is now on the run in France!
Let's hope he recovers.
