"See, even AP doesn't belive they are aged 14 to 17"
I "belive" the people in that shot are probably in their late teens, but it is a shot presented by the Daily Mail.
Helep .... Helep ..... I'm being viciously attacked by the grammar police ... Pray tell where is Andy Hughes and his trusty stallion, why hasn't he galloped onto the thread and defended a dumbo in distress?
It is possible the photos shown show immigrants 17 and under. Although this is the not 'little vulnerable kid' description given to us to form opinions with. I do not see how they were unsafe making a life in France, or even in one of the countries they passed through before getting there. As such, it seems an abuse of what most would deem acceptable legislation. I'm unsurprised that here are lone few girls. The families would not want to risk a young female making the journey alone.
I think the thing that's wrong is this idea that if you have got a relative into the UK then the rest have a right to enter too. Obvious loophole that should never have got through. It should be that the rest have a right to apply to enter, and our government decides whether we need more immigrants because we are so desperately short of population and figure we have nowhere near enough to fill all the existing and future job positions; and so many resources that we can't fill all the housing or use up all the road space nor the generated power.
