Gromit...you may be right, but she was wrong to keep the A50 issue within Downing Street, as the judgement made perfectly clear. She should have realised that she was on a sticky wicket, right from the start.
This smacks to me of either arrogance and/or incompetence, both of which is unforgivable in a PM.
So, if she does make an appeal, then it flies in the face common sense, if she knows that she will almost certainly fail. What would be the point ?
She should table a motion to debate A50, as soon as she is able, and let the Houses of Parliament know exactly what they will be voting for.
This could, of course take some time, but if it does than so be it.
