No. Totally different questions were being answered. The public vote (which was advisory although most seemed reluctant to say it too loudly at the time) was for Remain or Leave. the judges were deciding whether the government was proposing to act illegally / unconstitionally by not following the necessary process- and they made a ruling based on just that
