At least 95% of the people in the clip are just the usual tourists standing around looking at the houses of parliment as on any day. By my count only 15 to 20 are the actual protesters. Hardly a 'swarm' !

dannyk , There is a video , play it and pause as often as necessary to count those who are actually protesting, they are the ones walking across from right to left!
The ones behind them who are just standing still and just looking on are the tourists ( and far outnumber the protesters)
