Really ;-)
The Yorkshire Post did a Facebook poll recently which had a massive Remain majority: I should know, I voted I it :-) But of course that one plainly was not at all reliable - generally if you know about the poll before they announce the results then it's likely to be dodgy.

A load of baloney. I can understand people's frustrations nationally regarding the recent court decision, the Government's reluctance to share their exit strategy detail and general unease as to timescales and indeed, if it will happen, but fundamentally I believe that the principles that people held for voting to leave have not changed.
Obviously there is a built in bias to any poll conducted by a newspaper, which is why national newspapers hire independent pollsters.
Newspapers have a political bias which means that its readers will also share that bias. And the 1,500 sample cannot really be compared to the millions who actually voted in the region last year.

Like I say I have no knowledge of how this poll was conducted - all polls are carried out on small samples - in fact conversely those are likely to be more accurate in theory as the reason the samples are small are because they ought to have been carefully chosen to be representative. The difficulty is knowing how to be representative. The Yorkshire Post one was obviously skewed as it probably has maybe young people. And as I said before it was conducted in secret so will attract people from either side attempting to help their own side win.
I think it is high time we got down to hard facts. All those interested in receiving their orders from a foreign power should be given the opportunity to pack up their belongings & set up home in continental Europe. We could then aspire to a situation where only people who genuinely wanted to be British would occupy The British Isles. I am sick & tired of hearing the moaners going on about remaining with the EU, hurry up & leave.
"The Yorkshire Post did a Facebook poll recently which had a massive Remain majority: I should know, I voted I it :-)" - so people who go on twitface are remainiacs, well I'll go to the foot of our stairs! The thing is ich the whole UK voted not just those that mess about on facetube etc and lots and lots of them did not agree.
