//Democracy comes from the Greek word 'demos', meaning 'the people'. 66 million PEOPLE voted for Clinton as opposed to only 63 million PEOPLE who voted for Trump. // Funny how that slant on things is not applied to the result in the UK referendum on Brexit. Different goggles used then.

pasta, no a valid use may arise but for now it's not meant to be used because you don't like the result //
But that's not the reason...the reason is that Mr Trump is presenting a side of his personality that may not suitable for leadership of the most powerful nation. He speaks without thinking,he's insulting and insensitive,he has no diplomatic skills. A bit of a loose cannon,really...and this may out weight any desires of his to "fix" America. Instead,he may split the nation apart.
Togo, your response at 21.04 was basically a reply to my contribution at 20.52. I totally agree with you. The Brexit vote – as was the Scottish Independence vote – was completely “democratic”. Namely, all the votes were counted and the view which garnered most was the result… Leave the EU and Stay in the UK respectively.
This manifestly did NOT happen in the US Presidential Election, given that the choice with fewer votes won! That was specifically because of the NON-democratic elements of the US electoral system.
It’s clear that neither TTT nor YMB has any idea what the word ‘democracy’ actually means, but congratulations on your BA answer!

No it's not. - it is an opinion piece in the Washington Post. The view of 1 person, and showing that there are legal procedures for removing a President.
It is not the start of a Campaign to remove Trump, it is pointing out that it can be done under the Constitution.
It is like saying, it is possible for the men in grey suits to remove Theresa May, if they decide she is a liability. It is not advocating it should or will be done, just that it is possible. (And before anyone says men in grey suits is nothing to do with democracy, - I know).
