Young - if you don't understand it there's no point trying to explain it to you.
Ugh?
jno, //they were just holding talks about holding talks. //

We can't negotiate deals with the rest of the world at the moment, but we can make preliminary moves - or as Boris puts it "We can't negotiate it now, but we can sketch it out in pencil on the back of an envelope,"
It is also very important to ensure there are countries around the world ready to do trade deals with us so we know how we can tackle the EU. That should give us and the EU the best chance of a good and quick deal between ourselves with the least affect on both parties.

I have said since the notion of Brexit was discussed - trade is very simple, if you have a product, and the price is right, people will buy.

The approach of the PM shows that this simple but effective approach is the way forward - and the rest of the world will agree, including the EU.

The EU bureaucrats may make a lot of noise, but business is business, the EU countries will be delighted to trade with us if the deals are right.
ok Ed.
countries are queuing up gulliver, why are you so keen to see this go wrong? Ok so you voted to remain but do you want the country to fail just so you can say "I told you so"?
TTT

//ok Ed.//

lol - until the next time
not at all bazille, it is added to the ever growing list of things I'm not allowed to do. I understand the site needs a handicapping system which is why I must fight with both arms tied behind my back.
Yeah , but the feet are still free to kick out - eh ?
TTT - //I understand the site needs a handicapping system which is why I must fight with both arms tied behind my back. //

If you regard being required to be civil and civilised in debate as a handicap, then yes, it appears you are handicapped.
TTT - your insults and use of rhyming slang is annoying.
you can kick me, I'm not allowed to fight back.
You could just post like a mature adult - problem solved!
I really don't think debating without insulting each other is too much to ask for.

ymb - Any insults against anyone are deleted, whether the people involved are lefties, righties, or upside-downies. If you see someone being insulted, report it. Mods and eds don't base post removal on political leanings.
Half of the time they are just perceived insults.
Perception is a very fluid thing. Other examples are available. :))
I think he's ok and he knows what he's talking about ....
