Good to see that the majority of responders to this thread reject the idea that someone having online sex precludes them from being a fit father at some point in the future.
Tom made a silly mistake, but it's no where like as bad as the one that was made by Joel Dommett, who went on to appear in I'm A Celebrity.
Of course, Joel is straight so certain people won't criticise him in the same way that they do with gay people.
...because fundamentally - some people are hypocrites.

Ohh but some people would sp, some people would indeed. Of course only to be cat called as judgmental in one scenario, or homophobic in the other. Neat trick from our luvvie liberals innit. Meeh.

No. I didn't explain myself properly.
Those who clamber up on their high horse proclaiming that online sex somehow precludes someone from being a decent parent tend top make such judgements about gay men, not straight men.
People who moralise about they gay site Grindr, stay silent about Tinder.
People who assign traits of promiscuity to gay men forget about Ashley Madison.
What they tend to do, is denounce gay men for sexual promiscuity when straight men would do exactly the same if they could.
Weirdly the same people rail against same sex marriage, where gay people want to settle down, whilst simultaneously denounce gay people as sexually promiscuous and incapable of long term commitment.
These people must be very good at rubbing their stomachs whilst patting their heads.
