It seems many (if not most) of those facing problems are those holding dual citizenship.
I pointed out in another question why this is not entirely desirable and suggested that it should not be permitted. Perhaps people should choose which nation they wish to hold citizenship of and then they would know where they stand. Quite why anybody would want to retain (say) Iraqi citizenship when they have been granted or qualified for US citizenship is a little puzzling. Perhaps they should reconsider.

Because the best training is currently in the U.S.
Mo Farah trains under coach Alberto Salazar at the Nike Oregon Project. This training centre is widely considered best in class. It offers altitude tents fitted around the beds of the athletes, long sessions on underwater and zero gravity treadmills.
When not training in America, Sir Mo also trains in other high altitude facilities.
The net result of this is that Sir Mo has won us a stack of Olympic medals. His knighthood should not preclude him from working abroad, especially if this means he gets the chance to work with the best in the world.

Luckily the so-far temporary restrictions which may or may not involve a man who can run quite fast for quite a while will not impact the search for a cure for cancer.
It may however impact sales of meat substitute, not an altogether bad result.

Sir Mo was born in Somalia (which was a British protectorate), but his father Mukhtar Farah was born in London. He became a British citizen at the age of 14.

Don't be ridiculous, what they shouldn't be doing is for them to use their privilege to moan to the British press on the way they are being treated by the country they chose to live in.
