Pleased to see that the police are still working intensively on this case.
I do hope that it won't be long before they find out what really happened to this young airman.
Although it doesn't look too good, we hope at least that his family can soon be free of their fears and anxiety, one way or another.

mikey, I don't think just misleading the police amounts to perverting the course of justice, otherwise an awful lot of people would be behind bars. As you say, it's a very serious offence. Wikipedia lists three main things
Fabricating or disposing of evidence
Intimidating or threatening a witness or juror
Intimidating or threatening a judge
Presumably the last two can't have happened yet.

Another massive blunder , just reported. The bin lorry contained over 100 Kg of waste! Not just the 11kg originally reported. More than enough for the body to be in there.
