what ways can you say sorry to a man.... other than saying sorry!!!! i've already done that but not really getting much of a response.

when a man wants to say sorry to a woman they can send flowers or chocs etc...

btw,,, its not a boyfriend but an ex who is now a friend x

If you are getting no response then the ex-who-is-now-a-friend might have put you in a different friendship bracket.

So, how much does this "new friend" mean to you? Food is good providing it is not the favourite meal you and he used to enjoy. Does he cook? if so a few pots of herbs would be good.
A nice picture card saying friendship with a blank inside would be good (then you can write "I am sorry, I apologise - please forgive me") bottle of wine?

but I agree with lilyfrog...............sex is out of the question.

Turn up at his with some beer and a action movie. Just be a normal friend. If he is now a friend to you how would you apologise to any other friend you wronged?

i dont normally fall out with my normal friends but i kinda overstepped the mark with him and told him that one of his friends was an idiot and he didnt like that which is understandable but i would like to prove that i really didnt mean it in the way he took it

obviously I don't know the situation between you both but be careful not to go too over the top - he might think you still have feelings for him...

If you have said a proper sorry then I would suggest that you give him a little time and space. The beer and action movie thing sounds like a good unambiguous idea, provided that it wasn't one of the things that you used to do pre friendship.
