I am aware that millions of Muslim live in Britain, but i seriously fear that one day we will have to defend ourselves against this encroaching Islamification across Britain and Europe.

Wars are normally between different countries Emmie, so as Muslims come from lots of different countries, who would we declare war on ?

Perhaps we could mount another Crusade....its been a few years since we had the last one.

Not just Muslims within our own communities, a possible civil war even.
Islam is the second highest religion to Christianity, and growing fast, with 3 million Muslims who live mostly live in England.

Germany has left itself open to criticism for opening its doors to so many from Syria, and other war torn countries those who have an agenda will be amongst those millions of refugees, and can so easily turn the heads of young people. We see the attacks across Europe and getting more and more, i truly fear for Britain and Europe as a whole.

The notion of a war sounds good because it infers that there is a physical army to fight in a physical way - there isn't.

That'[s why Bush's 'war on terror' was such a nonsensical phrase - you can't declare war on a concept, you might as well declare war on sunshine.

i wasn't suggesting we would cause the war but Islam is encroaching across Europe, and many have little or no chance of a better life, a good breeding ground for Islamic fanatics to thrive.

Emmie...what happened yesterday up in Town was dreadful, and nobody is defending it, but the terrorist responsible only represented a tiny, tiny fraction of the Muslim people who love here in Britain.

I will reiterate a story that was told me by a Middle East correspondent, a well known British journalist, some odd 30 years ago, that one day the biggest fight we will have would be against Islam.

but that's the fight Britain is already fighting, emmie, and has been these last 15 years. Why else invade Muslim countries? Which, it seems, has only made matters worse by radicalising more people and contributing to a vast refugee crisis.

Talbot, yes, potentially. Eighty years ago many Brits were wondering aloud why their country was bothering with places like Czechoslovakia and Poland. At present, they're only saying we should stay out of the Middle East; but if a Britain that has left the EU sees, say, Germany under threat, can you be sure everyone would want to jump in and help?
