What Would Have Happened If He Had Been A Muslim?
http:// www.dai lymail. co.uk/n ews/art icle-44 46052/R E-teach er-figh t-decis ion-thr ow-cour se.html
Would he have still been thrown out if he had been a muslim and said gay marriage was against his religion ? I somehow think not.

As an atheist, I can make my own mind up about these things and don't have to rely on ancient texts to do that for me !
And it certainly never mentions "gay marriage", which is the central point of Dave's thread above.

Regarding the scriptures...
In much of the Bible, especially the Old Testament, there are laws that command that people be killed for absurd reasons such as working on the Sabbath, being gay, cursing your parents, or not being a virgin on your wedding night.
In addition to these crazy and immoral laws, there are plenty of examples of God’s irrationality by his direct killing of many people for reasons that defy any rational explanation such as killing children who make fun of bald people, and the killing of a man who tried to keep the ark of God from falling during transport.
There are also countless examples of mass murders commanded by God, including the murder of women, infants, and children.

Mikey, thoughts have been bandied about as they always are when something doesn’t suit the ‘bandier’s’ agenda, but it doesn’t really matter what it translates into. The point is the Church believes and teaches that homosexuality is an abomination. Whether or not a Muslim in this man’s situation would have been thrown out is debateable, but somehow I doubt it.

Kill Women Who Are Not Virgins On Their Wedding Night
But if this charge is true (that she wasn’t a virgin on her wedding night), and evidence of the girls virginity is not found, they shall bring the girl to the entrance of her fathers house and there her townsman shall stone her to death, because she committed a crime against Israel by her unchasteness in her father’s house. Thus shall you purge the evil from your midst. (Deuteronomy 22:20-21 NAB)
