To be honest all, I can hardly be bothered for now. I spent 16 hours yesterday in a polling station doing the clerking and am crunched. But one thing for sure, I could have told you by 12noon that something big was happening. We are of course not allowed to communicate when on duty, but it was striking how many young first time voters were turning up. It was obvious...

What a mess!
What an utter fool Mrs May has proved herself to be.
She's got to go, but who should replace her?
Pass.
Either Leadsom or Boris. Interesting to note that neither Hammond or Boris are available for comment at the moment. Regardless, Tezza is a goner.
Haven’t heard much from Mrs. Leadsom since she stepped down from the leadership contest before. I rather liked her and her opinions during the Brexit campaign, but I wouldn’t like to see Boris as PM.
Boris will be looking out his least crumpled suit !

Even now there's talk of a Con-DUP Coalition. May could yet hold on.

She's been oh, so lucky that Sturgeon jumped on the Indyref2 ship way too soon.
He'll need his comb, too, murraymints!
the panel on STV suggest Nicola needs to walk !! pack a piece hen !! ( translation: take a packed lunch dear )
Tess is discredited and should leave.

Boris is a brain, but a brain trapped in a clown's outfit. The brain will never escape.
bigbad..does he own one ? ;0)
I'd sooner see Corbyn in Number Ten than May propped up by a handful of Orangemen.
Or indeed, a non-crumpled suit!
Oof, Jackdaw. Really?
I wouldn’t want Corbyn in Number 10 under any circumstances.
Or any Labour PM, come to that.

I don't think there's any danger of that, not after *this* election at least.

At this point it's either a Coalition of Chaos -- led by the Tories! -- or a Tory Minority government, or another election in around September.
not another election surely ? we will muddle along with a coalition and new PM ...perhaps Holyrood will now get down to the business of running Scotland..hopefully with a new FM ...but given her rhino hide....
Whilst I cheerfully admit to being right-wing I have a visceral dislike of the Orange Order and all the bigotry it stands for.
A splendid result to punish Mays presumption, but I'd sooner see her keep her job than be replaced by any of the seven Tory dwarves.
Fair enough, Jackdaw. Whilst I cheerfully admit to being right-wing, I have a visceral dislike of the Labour Party and all it stands for.
can hear all the Tory knives being sharpened !
I can see the sparks flying off the grinder's handcart from here.
