I couldn't agree more however there's a big movement in Social Media to set up a Government petition about this which once it gets to 10,000 signatures will have to be debated. They can and will just ignore a Change dot org. Petitions have been suspended for a few days because of the election but are due to be reinstated soon, so there will be a massive binding one shortly if you're interested?

Not deal with the DUP and what ? Fail to be able to govern ? It's a ridiculous suggestion. One tries what one can with the parliament that's there, and only if problems arise that prove insurmountable does one give up and go for yet another election, hoping that having given the incumbents a black eye the electorate vote more responsibly next time.

Surely, Tory voters didn't vote for this, it wasn't part of the manifesto, it was never mentioned on any news outlet in the run up, she should either resign or call another election, she was bleating on about a 'coalition' chaos, now she has one, disgusting to get into bed with these bigots!

I'm no supporter of the DUP but there's a lot of nonsense being spouted here. The Mirror's front page this morning is partly to blame no doubt with its picture of Peter Robinson, who isn't even in office now, in a paramilitary uniform about 40 years ago. There's already been an informal agreement between the govt and the DUP for months. It's not been high profile or as obviously important

May be a Tory but I feel that whatever arrangement she comes to with the DUP will smack of desperation, be harmful to the ongoing NI 'peace process' and fear she will be laughed out of court when Parliament resumes. She's holed beneath the water and the sharks are circling the boat.

This is not democracy, as I said in an earlier post, Tory voters voted for a Tory Government, Labour voters voted for a Labour Government, etc etc ....... this should not be allowed, another election should be called and let the people decide!
