Should UKIP MEPs resign en masse if an anti-Islam candidate becomes their leader?

Opposing Sharia courts in the UK is not the same as opposing Islam per se, I know that, Tommy Robinson (who has many Muslim supporters) knows that and so do all those who are informed on the subject.

Just watched the last episode of Broken. At the start of the series suspected the worst when I saw the name Jimmy McGovern (remembering him and similar like Bleasdale and Loach from my youth).
But he's got something to say(some of it good, some of it stupid) and tells both well. And he acknowledges in a limited way a little nuance. And I as a viewer reject what I think are his gross propaganda points, but acknowledge the validity (with reservations of course) of some of his criticisms of modern society.
Now why is it that some AB posters cannot make the least effort to li]listen[i] to a point of view before condemning it?
In my book this omission amounts to intellectual indolence or incapacity at best, and bigotry at worst.

Party leaders are not unknown to hold controversial opinions. Doesn't mean the party policy follows their view. If a party leader held an unpopular opinion causing other members to resign, there'd be a lot of one member parties about. And that'd probably be a good thing, given that parties are the antithesis of democracy.

/// The Brownshirts ! What an apt name for UKIP supporters! ///
Read the report properly, it does not say that UKIP or it's supporters are 'Brownshirts'
// Officials are panicking that a wave of far-right activists have infiltrated the party in order to vote for the controversial Anne Marie Waters, with one source describing them as the “Brownshirts’ Momentum” - a reference to Adolf Hitler’s militia during his rise to power. //
But it must be hard for the likes of you, to read that UKIP are against this kind of thing, no longer to be called A Far-Right Nazi party.
