My perception of Harry - which is probably as valid as anyone else's, is that he hugely enjoyed and very much misses his time in the army, the only time when he could live a life on anything approaching a basis of normality, and he misses the camerardery he built up there.
He seems to not enjoy the restrictions of being who he is, but appreciates the fact that his status allow him to do good with his charity work.
He seems happy with Meghan Markle, I hope the pressures of royality and the media don;t stuff it up for him.

Even when he was in Afghanistan he felt forced to isolate himself as far as he could as he was still living in a goldfish border even there.

there was argy-bargy over the will - not litigation o no not that ! - but the heirs under the will executed a deed of variation and gave up their right in favour of the two kids - and got sweet little silver tankards in return
The problem was that the people drawing up the will - didnt seem to anticipate she would die ! ( they thought she would last ten or twenty years and it would have made more sense then )

I quiet like Prince Harry BUT he does come across as a bit of a whinger sometimes. This is not the first time that its been reported that he wishes to lead a 'normal' life. But rather than complaining he ought to consider what a 'normal' life is like for some folks...Bills, money worries, stress, unemployment. 'Normal' folks don't have millions in the bank, servants, cooks, cleaners and other flunkies to cater for our every desire.
I didn't ask to born in my position in life either...council estate, mediocre education, dead end back breaking jobs for little return moneywise, having to make do with whatever I have.
At times he comes across as a spoilt toff. If he wants a 'normal' life then please feel free to swap your privileged lifestyle for that of a truly NORMAL person.

Why don't we cut Harry some slack here ?
He didn't ask to be born who he is. He is the cllassic Spare Son. He is never going to be king and he knows it. He is a very personable young man, that could make his mark in all sorts of areas.
For instance, his Grandfather isn't going to be involved in the Duke of Edinburgh Award scheme for much longer....he could make that his life's work ....I know how popular that scheme is with kids. He could follow his Auntie into the Olympic movement, or, better still, become involved with the UN is some form or other....what a great envoy he would be for children's or refugees rights !

If Harry wants to lead a 'normal' life then do it. And go work 50 hours a week in a factory, holiday in Skegness, do your own washing, cook your own food, and stop complaining. Simples.
