Is a net figure ?....ie, does it take into account of the people that have returned to their country of origin ?

Calling it an "invasion" is hysterical. It's not deliberately co-ordinated, it's not being done for any strategic reason, it's not wilfully destructive or exclusively hostile. The word is not an accurate way to describe the problem (and yes, I agree that it is a problem due to the logistics of housing these people and in a lot of cases the social values they bring with them).

The scale is irrelevant, and even moreso when the source for that number is unconfirmed and their definition of "Europe" unclear (at a minimum this would include a continent of some 500 million people if you're just talking about the EU - 743 million if they're going purely by the definition of Europe as a continent).

I'm trying to answer this Q truthfully, Honestly, & they way myself & the people I come into contact with, they left their own Country that gives no hand outs, they come here because their own environment sticks & has no sanitation, some come here with feck all in their pocket but know as soon as they come off the plane Mr HANDOUT is waiting with a house, car, benefits, a corner dwelling so they can start a Taxi Business, can dictate what they want because the whatever gov that's in power are *** scared of upsetting them, they can stand on a street corner & call the UK the scum of the Earth, the population evil &get away with it, have their own Law, blow us up when they feel like it, test our security with their masks without nothing said, " Why do they come here" what other country would put up with that?

A number of the GPs at my surgery are from and trained in their country of origin, do I have a problem with that? NO.

A good few of the Consultants and Registrars I see were trained overseas, do I care care? NO.

There is some kind of inerrant trait in ABers that immigrants are money grabbing spongers. Luckily in my world it is not my experience.
