What happened to his 'Lenin' hat, he doesn't seem to be sporting it any more, was it a bit too unsubtle ?

Mikey: They did decide. Labour lost.
They also decided on Brexit .... but that doesn't suit you, Mikey.

Yeah...was that the Election where the Tories lost their overall majority and 13 MPs, and Labour gained 30 ?

I think we can safely assume that he didn't wear that hat in order to pay homage to Breton fishermen.
Mikey, That's right. And Labour lost.
Quite simply, his holy aura was becoming too large to accommodate any more, and the hat kept slipping off.
“…would someone really wear a hat, when they are indoors, giving a keynote speech ?”

Arthur Scargill used to (and all his speeches were “keynote” though not always indoors):

http://www.huffingtonpost.co.uk/2012/02/10/arthur-scargill-miners-strike-anniversary_n_1267854.html

I noticed “King Arthur” had a letter published in the Daily Telegraph today castigating the Prime Minister for (wait for it) offering to delay proper Brexit by two years and comparing her treachery to that demonstrated by Neville Chamberlain when he came back with a piece of paper signed by Herr Hitler.

“Really can't believe that some of you are so gullible that you think a Corbyn government would survive a year.”

It’s not whether such a government would survive a year that worries me. It’s whether I (and most of my hard-earned) would.

“Yeah...was that the Election where the Tories lost their overall majority and 13 MPs, and Labour gained 30 ?”

It certainly was. The very same one where Labour won 262 seats and the rest won 388 seats.
Funny why Arthur Scargill isn't at the Labour Conference. Would have thought JC was his cup of tea. I know he's head of a ridiculous Stalinist group with a membership of 30 but surely he could have given Jezza some support. Or maybe he doesn't want to leave his 'NUM President for Life' grace and favour flat in The Barbican, paid for through NUM pension funds. And the car, And the pension...
//..its K's way of not discussing important issues.//

Priceless. :))
What you mean like "some" have avoided this important issue?

NJ, //It’s not whether such a government would survive a year that worries me. It’s whether I (and most of my hard-earned) would. //

Corbyn said on television yesterday that he's going to borrow the money to pay off the PFI loans and he assured us that it's a good idea so I'm sure you'll be okay. Oh wait a minute. Borrowing for PFI ... and then there's the re-nationalisation of water, railways, power .... not to mention all the money he's going to pump into the NHS. Got a calculator handy?
The OP is titled "Corbyn's Hat". Surely the letter e is missing from the end of the second word.
Togo, Mikey's an ideas man. He pinches them from other people. I told him he was using diversionary tactics this morning with his Trump/Farage thread. Et voila!
//Got a calculator handy?//

They will use Abbot's Naomi.
Yes apparently the plan is to offer "gilt-edged" government bonds as payment to shareholders. I can see that being acceptable. I think the courts may be a trifle busy during that first year.

Unfortunately my calculator only does positive numbers.
Haaaa! That'll work wonders!!
Yes I know that Naomi. I once told him he was talking drivel and he beat the death out of the word for months. He was of course talking it whilst doing it.
^That was to Togo.
:o)
