The child killer, who died in May aged 79, was cremated without ceremony.

Well, thats the end of that then.

Indeed, although it has prevented all those people that wanted to dance on his grave. Nasty man, in the extreme.
Couldn't they have found a cesspit nearby?
Dispersed at sea is the best thing for the evil git!
Actually, I quite like the idea of him being excreted by some unspeakably ugly, bottom-swelling sea creature. Trés apt!
I'm not sure I'd want to inflict him on the creature. But I like it! :o}
NoM, whilst I agree with your sentiments, it's the unspeakably ugly, bottom-swelling sea creature I have sympathy for. :-)

I hope his urn was carried onto the ship/boat in a carrier bag.
Or a doggy poo bag...
What happens to all the ashes that are not collected anyway?
A lot of people don't bother to collect the ashes.I assume they just go in the bin with the other rubbish?
A biodegradable one, like the urn.
Via the karzi I hope.
Actually I think he should just have been put in the municipal dump with the rest of the rubbish.
The best ending to such a loathsome creature, one can only ask, why was his partner in crime not treated the same?

Let's hope we need not discuss this man again on AB .

Anne....amen to that !
A fitting end for a true monster ...
When I heard this I wondered if it was just to close the ghastly saga to the public. I wouldn't be surprised if they kept his brain at least in some secret lab for future analysis.
Crikey, I honestly hadn't read Elena's link when I posted that.
