So unless you're extremely sure of who you're "flirting" with and what her opinion is on what is and isn't appropriate, you'd be well advised to stop, or not to start in the first place.
Maybe there isn't as many women making inappropriate sexual comments to men.
Comments in pubs are different to comments made by a colleague in the workplace. Comments by a boss or senior person in the workplace is worse than comments made by a colleague.
Many years ago, when I was offered the promotion I'd been interviewed for, my boss shook my hand and gave me a hug and kiss on the cheek. The next morning he called me in and asked if I'd been offended. I told him it was worth all the prep I'd done for the interview!
