she's entitled to her own opinions; she's not entitled to her own facts.

mikey4444 - blimey. I thought I was the only one.
There have been a couple of occasions on AB where I’ve accidentally mixed them up.
Anyway - back to andy-hughes’ question. I think she will continue in the half life that is Twitter, where she still has 825,000 followers.
The big question is how she will continue to monetise her opinions. She no longer has her LBC show (after that ‘final solution’ tweet) and now she doesn’t have the Daily Mail gig.
I say bring back Melanie Philips. She was Katie Hopkins before Katie Hopkins was even invented.

I could see her being a success in the U.S. - her plummy British accent, and unerring ability to zone in on whatever flames are being fanned by the media, and throwing a bucket of petrol on them.
I think she is an intelligent woman, and I believe she wastes that intelligence, with her career thus far of simply winding up right-wing keyboard warriors for lots of money.

the last one is particularly good.

TTT - // isn't it the left she principally annoys andy? //
Hand on heart, I've never read anything she has written on social media, so I have no idea who her 'target market' is supposed to be.
I do sense a strong sense of contrivance about her parlayed career as a 'plain speaker' - but she has enjoyed a degree of success at it, even if she lacks the critical ability to avoid chasing her quarry over a cliff several times.

I can't see them bothering anybody!
Is that what she does? Write out observations you can hear in any pub, over any gate, or in any school yard where parents are gathered - and then she gets grief, and serious money for passing them on?
I'm in the wrong job!
