what we are discussing is important, its the government yet again sticking its nose in, if the levy goes ahead most people will just absorb that into their weekly bills, whilst the government should put that money towards more recycling centres for said coffee/tea cups.

The way to go as someone mentioned earlier is to use bio degradable cups - there may be many holes to fill but do we want the planet to become one huge landfill?
