Nailit....it doesn't happen on every thread, but when it does, it normally comes from a short list of the usual suspects. It seems to happen more readily in the evenings and nights....I wonder why !

The CPS will ONLY prosecute if there is '' A realistic chance of success''. This means when their lawyers think there is around 75% chance of a conviction. They just can't afford to win only 50% or less of cases, either financially or due to the bad publicity they would get. Many cases in a situation like this will never be prosecuted as the evidence is just not strong enough.

Ummm...I am not part of any problem.

I posted his latest item of news about Warboys as an point of information. But some people have hi-jacked this thread for their own petty, point-scoring reasons, and as I said, its always the same people.

My refusal to debate with a very small number of AB correspondents has nothing whatsoever to do with it.

I suggest that some people who feel isolated, should look elsewhere for somebody, or something to blame.
