Today’s new YouGov poll has the Tories up to 43%, with Labour down three points to 39%, the first time they’ve been below 40% since before the election. This comes after the Tories took the lead with ICM on Tuesday. It's almost as if the public don’t pay attention to Brexit process stories and the negativity continually dished out by the Brussels Broadcasting Corporation, Sky News, Channel 4 and most of the daily press.
To paraphrase Abraham Lincoln; Corbyn and co. may fool some of the people some of the time, (with outdated ideology) but can they fool all of the people all of the time?

I did also read the headline and think Labour were coming my way.

I don't know if Labour support round this way is particularly big but it is a relatively strong Tory borough despite (at one time) having the largest council estate in Europe on the doorstep. Two dog ends of the world that have pulled themselves up by the boot straps.

I don't tend to take much notice of polls and a few points either way doesn't make a great gap. Now if it were 15 points...
Nooooo. We don't want a 15 point lead or TM might call another election. Not another one, please
Bleedin Nora Khandro, you trying to make Mikey comit HariKari?
Seriously, you believe what polls say after all the evidence of past polls? How naive...
Can't think why Mikey, our trusty messenger of the latest news on the polls, hasn't posted this.
Lol @ FF .
Well Jezza did an impressive job of gaining ground during an election run up last time, so don't discount him doing it again. Particularly if Theresa is still in charge, as her election campaign was appalling
What're the chances that a certain somebody will avoid this thread???
LOL FF. no I just meant a 15 point lead is worth looking at but anything much smaller is just smoke and mirrors .
